  20. There's no such thing as a free lunch, kids.  When some company
  21. puts a copy of program X on a UK "cover disk", it's because they're
  22. giving away the *previous* version of the program, with minimal
  23. or non-existent docs, and they want you to take advantage of the
  24. special upgrade price they just happen to be offering ...

  26. If you want last year's version, or even 1992's version, 
  27. step right up and pay your $15.  Then pay even more to get
  28. yesterday's bug-fixed version.
